Abstract:
Utilizing the dimensions of race, organizational behavior, and sexuality, my work seeks to understand how these interlocking themes are used to build communities online through the social memes of sexual solicitation. I employ a wide range of theoretical frames, from social psychology, gender and sexuality, critical race theory, sociolinguistics, to performance studies. Each frame offers a detailed way of understanding the psychological aesthetics of my research, thus utilizing these frames to present an all-encompassing narrative.
